My SAD

Even though I'm pretty sure no one reads this I'm thinking about changing it to My Life With Social Anxiety Disorder & writing about that. Maybe somebody will stumble upon it & know they're not alone or maybe it could even help them. And maybe it could help me to "talk" about it too. I've never been very good at following through on things though so I might like do it for a week then 4get about it. But maybe I'll try it....
