Title Change

I decided to change the title of this to Living With Mental Illness (actually the 1st time, I spelled mental "mentall", duh) cuz well, 1st of all most people think SAD is Seasonal Affective Disorder, which I think technically it is, & 2nd I have a buncha crap so it makes sense to have a more general title.

I decided to do this because I'm hoping to provide some understanding about some different mental illnesses to people who have them & to people who know people who have them. And maybe just writing about it will help me feel better sometimes.

OK I'm feeling like I need some kind of disclaimer on here or something. I'm not a doctor, so don't use this to diagnose yourself or anything like that. But feel free to use it as a guideline to talk to your doctor if you feel like you have Social Anxiety, Avoidant Personality, or maybe something else.

REPEAT: I AM NOT A DOCTOR AND CANNOT DIAGNOSE OR TREAT YOU.

Remember, there is NOTHING wrong with going to see a psychiatrist/psychologist/therapist/social worker/counselor/whatever!!!!!! In my opinion, everyone should do it sometime in their life. It's really amazing how much different things can look to a 3rd party and how much it can help you!!
